How does the Co-Call Center Work?
Many of the largest Insurance Agencies have embraced our
concept with open arms. It is no secret that the Agencies that
experience the most growth and highest numbers of sales have
incorporated a quality marketing and appointment setting
program into the plan.
Our program allows Insurance Agencies to control part of a
larger call center without experiencing the substantial start up
costs, ongoing capital equipment costs as well as operational
costs and logistical constraints,

What is included in the Hourly Rate?
The way the program works is very simple. The customer pays a fixed hourly rate for each call center
seat that is active. These seats are fitted, programed, staffed and managed exclusively for the
customer. The customer controls the scripts used, training modules, list quality as well as a
schematic of the data to be collected. ( this option can be used with as low as 12 daily telemarketers
to as high as 200 daily telemarketers.)

Included in the " Sub Call Center Program" at no additional cost to the hourly telemarketer rate is the
following. (Based on a 12 seat project))
A. 2 floor supervisors to monitor the calls (6 callers per supervisor)
B. 1 shift manager to oversee all operations and communications with the IT department, project
manager, trainers and floor supervisors
C. Server space to store all recorded phone calls and set appointments
D. Project Manager - A project manager is assigned to all projects and serves as the liaison between
the call center and the customer.
E. All phone fees and any long distance fees if applicable are included in the hourly rate.
F. Any Local or state sales tax is included in the hourly rate.
G. Any employee payroll taxes, benefits and union dues are included in the hourly rate.
H. Training - All training is done by the in-house trainers at no additional cost. However the hourly rate
for the telemarketers would apply during the time training is being conducted.
I. Hiring and Interviewing - All hiring and training would be conducted by our on site Director of
Operations. The cost associated with hiring and replacing telemarketers that do not meet your
reasonable expectations will be covered within the basic hourly rate.
